Our project involved the delivery and implementation of four advanced adsorption dryers for a new medical device production facility in Portugal. The solution was fully customized to meet the stringent humidity control and hygiene requirements of the medical industry.
The project focused on creating a constant dry air condition in the cleanroom environment — essential for the production of sensitive medical products. The scope included:
Engineering and design: collaborating with the client at an early stage to develop a system capable of stepless regulation between 10–100% airflow.
Energy efficiency: using adsorption dryers with silica gel and heat recovery on the regeneration side, resulting in substantial energy savings of up to 30%.
Installation and integration: seamless integration of the four dryers into the cleanroom infrastructure.
