Offshore environment

Dutch Blower was awarded the contract for multiple Air Handling Units by Teknotherm Marine AS in Norway.

The equipment is designed to be installed in a challenging environment offshore. Construction, materials, and sub-components are carefully selected to meet all client requirements.

The Troll West electrification project will ensure partial electrification of the Troll B platform by 2024 and complete electrification of Troll C by 2026. According to Equinor a change from gas turbines to electricity from shore will reduce annual CO₂ emissions with close to half a million ton per annum.

Teknotherm Marine AS, a fully owned company of the Heinen & Hopman Group, are committed to developing Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems that meets the high demands of an offshore environment.
